Training & Development Manager

Northwich-Gadbrook Park

Full Time – Permanent

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen within RMG for an experienced Training Manager to deliver induction training to new starters joining the business. The training will be delivered to Customer Service Advisors, Back Office and Property managers.

The role will be to enhance and develop the current training programme, having a proactive approach to continuously improve the operation. This role will include building the strategy for the business, bringing in new technology and methods to ensure all new starters are being given the best on boarding experience.

Main Responsibilities of the Training and Development Manager:

Build and develop training programme for new starters.

Build and develop progression paths and programs for existing employees.

Deliver Induction training to all new starters joining the business

Support Team Leaders to develop their people skills enhancing their ability to coach and develop their teams

Proactively develop training materials alongside continuously evaluating the current training schemes

Ensure that all learning interventions are current and relevant and delivered in a blended approach to consider different learning styles

Support all company initiatives and provide the additional training where required to ensure all employees can operate efficiently

Ensuring consistency and quality across the business

Develop relationships with the senior management team.

Analysing and evaluating training surveys to improve training material and methods

Required Skills and Experience of the Training and Development Manager:

Extensive knowledge and experience of building a training strategy

Proven experience of delivering training in a contact centre environment

Ability to analyse operations and identify areas for improvement

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Strong IT skills to include the PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office
