Job Description
We are inviting Talented Trainees to take part in our Professional Services Consultants Trainee Program, grow to Genesys PS Consultant and become a part of a big development team that participates in the support and development of software products.
The goal is to achieve the level of proficiency that will allow specialists to work independently in IT projects.

  • Performing tasks defined by a team lead.
  • Reporting to the team lead on a weekly basis.
  • Participation in a project, from working with documentation and requirements to supporting the implemented functionality.
  • Participation in various tasks and training enhancement.
  • Active involvement into the learning and studying process.
  • Communication with customers, project managers and developers.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • English – at least Intermediate.
  • Responsible approach to tasks and willingness to learn fast.
  • Attention to details, result-oriented attitude, and problem-handling skills
  • A positive and resilient mindset and high stress tolerance.
  • Strong team player, ability to think out of boundaries of a separate task (good product knowledge).
  • Good communication skills, critical thinking.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Genesys.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, deployment, integration, and customization of Contact Centers.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and support of Contact Centers.
