RecruitmentPlus are now searching for an experienced clerical officer for our client based in Ardee, Co. Louth

This is a varied, office based role consisting of monitoring, prioritising & re-directing a busy email inbox and handling service users telephone & general enquiries. Therefore previous experience in a position of responsibility within a busy environment is required.

Responsibilities;

· Provide professional and confidential administration support to the management and business support team

· Answering the telephone with a professional manner and responding to queries/re-directing as required

· Monitor incoming email enquiries and action or re-direct as required

· Prioritising urgent requirements

· Minute taking of meetings

· Liaise with internal and extended team members

· Other duties as required to contribute to the successful service delivery

Personnel Requirements;

· A professional and helpful telephone manner

· Experience and understanding of compliance with confidentiality/GDPR

· Highly organised & ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership for completion within set timeframes/deadlines

· Experience of minute taking

· Proven attention to detail & accuracy

· A high level of interpersonal and communication skills

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word

· Good computer skills & ability to learn new systems

· A team player with flexibility and a helpful attitude

The role is initially offered for a period of 3 months and offers a fantastic opportunity with a leading employer.
