If you’re a HR Perms Recruiter and feel blocked from stepping up to Manager level this is the role for you! An award-winning recruitment firm with an awesome reputation in HR recruitment now seek a Team Leader to take over and develop their Perm Team in London.
This is a large but independent HR recruitment brand in London with a highly consultative approach to their client partnerships and as a result they have not only a thriving business but an incredibly strong reputation which has resulted in continued repeat business with highly attractive employer brands.
Their business today is thriving and as a result they seek a Perms Team Leader within their C&I division. Working with a range of clients spanning Energy, Construction, Manufacturing, Utilities and Real Estate, you will be taking advantage of relationships that have been developed over many years and work with this firm on a repeat basis offering roles for HR permanent roles with salaries ranging between £75K and £110K typically.
As this desk currently produces c£200K per year, you will have instant commission capability and what’s more, you will also be developing your own team of 2 or 3 Consultants. Your aim will be to develop this into a much larger team and gain promotion to Director.

If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and at least have some experience of developing Junior Consultants please get in touch as you could be achieving:
Salary £35,000 – £60,000 (role can be offered as Managing Consultant, Manager or Associate Director)
Commission 20% – 40%
