South View Community Primary School, Postland Road, Crowland, Spalding, PE6 0JA

TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 1: NAMED CHILD (Temporary) – TWO VACANCIES

Required as soon as possible.

Vacancy 1: 25 hours per week

Vacancy 2: 20 hours per week

39 weeks per year, to cover school terms, including five training days

Grade 3.6-3.9 : £18,812 – £19,948 full time equivalent

Candidates must have the ability to work well within a team, have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with staff and students. You will provide support to students with additional needs including learning, behavioural, emotional, social and physical difficulties. Successful candidates will have experience working with students that have barriers to learning, both in the classroom and in small group interventions.

Desirable: GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent, in English and Maths.
