About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Manager is a key member of the cross functional Autonomous Production Unit (APU) management team. You will play an integral role in the End to End (E2E) management of high value products contributing ~€3 Billion of Sanofi Revenue servicing over 50 markets.

The multiple national award-winning Sanofi Waterford biopharmaceutical and medical device campus is located in Waterford on Ireland’s southeast coast. Established in 2001 and now with more than 700 employees, the site has seen more than €600m invested in state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology. Diversification continues to bring new products to Waterford and the expanded site portfolio continues to create new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Strong knowledge of product supply aspects of Supply Chain

Working knowledge of demand aspects of Supply Chain

Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the APU (Site S&OP Process)

Strong people leadership & development skills in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, multiple stakeholders and touch points internal to site and Corporate

Given strategic importance and value, strong inventory forecasting and management skills are essential

Strong strategic oversight to evaluate Life Cycle Management requests and new project asks

Excellent communication skills

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:–

Essential requirements:
3rd level qualification in Supply Chain Management / Finance or equivalent

Supply Chain Certifications (APICS or equivalent) would be an advantage

Deep understanding of core business processes in supply chain management

Experience in Production and/or Supply Chain in a highly regulated environment
