Job Overview:
The purpose of the Staffing Specialist will be to forecast and coordinate recruitment needs in a proactive manner. This role will have regular engagement with Data Center Operations (DCO) Leaders and Talent Acquisition, streamlining communication of upcoming recruitment needs, identifying bottlenecks and making recommendations for solution, spearheading strategic hiring activities for new sites, evaluating internal workforce for growth opportunities, and having oversight of the onboarding process to allow for a better employment experience and faster immersion. The Staffing Specialist will also assist with creating and driving recruitment marketing campaigns, along with identifying local and virtual events where participation could be beneficial to support geo-specific hiring needs. This role will report directly into the Talent Acquisition leader.

How You Will Make An Impact:
Communicate directly with DCO leaders and Talent Acquisition regarding progress of requisitions, position-specific staffing issues, and process

May attend regular leadership and workforce planning discussions to assist with forecasting and resource allocation as it pertains to hiring

Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to gather immediate feedback regarding the quality of candidates in process

Recruitment and screening of candidates for various levels of data center operations roles

Monitor and track progress of hiring activities

Consult with hiring managers to determine job-specific qualifications and be the liaison to share skillset-related feedback with TA

Apply detailed understanding of business needs to the recruiting process to help identify qualified candidates who meet client needs

Assist in expediting activities and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Leaders to address bottlenecks

Assist with coordination of staffing events, job fairs and recruitment marketing material

Oversee DCO onboarding activities to ensure positive employment experience

Perform other duties as required

What You Will Need To Succeed:
High School diploma or GED and six (6) years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources-related experience; OR

Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources-related experience

Experience supporting multi-site operations in a Talent Acquisition function

Understanding of employment law principles as they apply to recruiting/hiring

Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical aptitude, practical experience with generating reports and providing data analysis

Practical experience utilizing iCIMS, Bullhorn or other similar ATS

Proven ability to multi-task and handle a variety of high-priority, confidential tasks
