YourRole & Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Head of Shopper Marketing,the core purpose of this role is to lead theimplementation of thedifferentiated marketing execution and brand activationplan of the Elida Beauty brands, mainly in Boots & Superdrug(70% time)as well as our core Grocerycustomers(30%).The role will set the agenda and be single minded in delivering the best quality of executions inthese customers fortheir shoppers.
The role must work closely with theKAM, brand &Customerexternal marketing teams to deliver activity that is built on strong shopper and retailer insight, and a sound understanding of our brand strategy and objectives as well as aligning tothe customer’sstrategy.These differentiated campaigns should be built from trends,purposeand a data driven marketing approach, to further our ability to build meaningful relationships and drive loyalty with our shoppers. This role also allowsElidato think outside the box, present new ideas with activations and not be wedded to strict guidelines and toolkits.

Continuously represent channel view into IBP process / 12 quarter planning cycle via CCBT
Data & Insight Driven shopperMarketing
implement digital marketing strategywith digital marketing campaigns & activationin conjunction with ourdigital hub for all brands-developing precision marketingactivations that areaward winning& tracked with ourretailers
Fully utilise retailer loyalty data tools and media to develop exciting, industry leading campaign activations in store & online
Drive bottom of funnel conversion in the channel, with best ROI
Deliver Retailer Events/ Strategic Initiatives in Retailer
Build & lead shopper marketingrelationships directly with ourkeycustomers -Boots, Superdrug & Tescoand align to JBP goals and deliverableswith theCAM
Develop annual marketing initiatives and events aligned to brand strategy and shopperinsight
Voice of Shopperwithin the business
Understand shopper trends and missions and use this to develop creative and great executions that drive the agreed KPI.
Understand shopper profiles and retailer shoppersegmentation
Stay current with new ways of shopping and media associated in omnichannelworld
Be the voice of the shopper to internalpartners
Shopper Marketing Budget Management& ROI Review
Ensure campaigns are run to budget and forecast is accurately planned.
Responsible for purchase order raising/ IO raising the spend in the centralsystem
ROI/ROSA -Track and evaluate activations and ensure that learnings are shared internally and where relevant, externally.

Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, or similar from an accredited college or university.
Digital MarketingDiploma or Degree equivalent
Experience working in Marketing – brand or Shopper of BPC brand
Digitally minded with apassion forlearningDigital Marketing
Strong leadership &relationship buildingskills
Proven Project Management skills & ability toprioritiseprojects/workload
Experience of managing marketing spend/budgets
Strong knowledge & Passion for the BPC market & consumer goods industry, brands & customers
Passion for building brands & executing brand activationsacrossretailersin UK&I
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentationskills
