Becoming a Service Desk Analyst with Servelec

Due to our growth plans, we are seeking Service Desk Analysts with quality Customer Service and/or Administrative experience to join our newly created Service Desk team!

As Service Desk Analyst you will act as the first point of contact for Servelec customers that contact our IT Service Management System (Sunrise) to report issues and faults relating to their service.

What you will do:
The primary objective of the role is to provide first time resolution, this will be achieved by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolved problems at the first point of contact and/or escalating the fault to one of our 2nd line specialist teams to investigate and resolve.

Take calls from customers and raise IT tickets where applicable.
Basic administration of our IT system, keeping records up to date.
Maintain customer contact, company, and contract records.
Secret Server Administration
Perform password resets.
Account management
Maintaining communication with our customers on all calls in service on a status of pending hitting 2 weeks of non-response

Skills and experience required:
Superb written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
Quality Customer Service and Administrative experience
Great attention to detail and data entry
IT Literate and familiar with Microsoft products such as Outlook and Word
Natural aptitude for trouble shooting and problem solving.
Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
