Service Administrator
Celtic Careers has partnered with a successful and growing technical services and solutions company currently hiring an experienced Service Administrator.
The customer Service Administrator role is full time, and the successful candidate will be based with our client in Dublin 22 (due to location transport will be required).
To be successful in this role, you will have strong Administration and Customer Service skills.
Your key role will be to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You, the team, and your department manager working with many stakeholders will meet clients’ expectations providing top quality customer service.
We are looking for an experienced customer Service Administrator who is a self-starter with the drive and motivation to succeed.

Day to day your responsibilities will include…
Managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, and sending and responding to emails with knowledge and efficiency
Identifying and addressing customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
Providing expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of the portfolio of products to customers
Following company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
Being responsible for the smooth running of a Service Desk, logging approximately 300-400 calls per week, via telephone and email.
Being part of a team of three service administrators, with responsibility for your own group of engineers.
Logging calls and allocating tasks to relevant local engineers nationwide; good geographical knowledge is required
Updating online portal with service call information.
This role is suited to a team player, with great communication skills as you will be working closely with other service administrators, engineers, clients, and internal departments.
Skills & abilities required
At least 12 months experience in a busy customer focused role.
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
Strong MS Office experience.
Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate when necessary
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
Able to work individually and as a team
Salary: €28K
In office (no hybrid or WFH option)
