Project Manager, Civil Engineering & Construction, Engineering & Technology, All CCEP Locations

What you become part of:
The Project Manager, Civil Engineering & Construction, is responsible for defining standards, supplier base and delivering of CCEP civil engineering & construction project initiatives across all BU’s

Project manage specific & multiple civil engineering & construction projects individually upto €30m

What to expect:
Develop and improve CCEP’s civil & buildings infrastructure through:

Development of specific technical and economic solutions for civil & construction projects

Deliver civil & construction projects or part projects from concept to handover.

Support in specification and technical strategy regarding construction standards & methodologies

Develop CCEP civil & construction supplier & professional services base to fulfill CCEP’s current and future investment needs

Other Responsibilities:
Technical and economic solution development of civil & buildings infrastructure projects

Develop and align with all relevant stakeholders the business case for civil & buildings infrastructure projects.

Lead the Development of specific technical solutions and project plans

Identify suitable suppliers

Engineering Project Delivery from concept to handover

Define scope, estimate costing and support business case development.

Initiate capital requests and co-ordinate contractor procurement, selection and appointment

Manage project programme and costs to budgets and business needs.

Support project design, contractor technical management & equipment/ fittings selection

Manage internal stakeholders and customers to ensure project scope, timing and handover process is clear and to programme

Manage project safety and safe design processes

Manage, together with site operations resources, the installation and commissioning leveraging contractor relationships and technical expertise

From time to time anticipate to be allocated to projects in other disciplines (Process & Utilities or Warehouse & Logistics) or become part of multi-functional project teams, according to CCEP needs

Expect to be allocated to projects approx. 60% in CCEP BU of residence and 40% in other BU’s

Support in specification and technical strategy

Develop clear specifications and standards for building design and/or construction methods

Define appropriate technologies standards for safe, hygienic, economic, simple and efficient occupancy of CCEP Buildings & constructions

Supplier & Professional Services management :
Develop CCEP’s supplier and professional services base to make sure we maintain cost effective and locally appropriate solutions for our construction projects.

Skills & Essentials:
Degree level in Engineering, construction or quantity surveying together with project experience

Site engineering management and/or engineering project management (projects > 10M€)

Construction management or quantity surveying roles managing projects (projects > 10M€)
