I am currently working with a lovely special school in Wooten Under Edge, South Gloucestershire, who are looking for a Science teacher to join their team ASAP. The school is looking for someone who has experience teaching Science in secondary ages especially key stages 3 and 4 and the school work towards the double award, has strong classroom management and is good at engaging pupils, who for various reasons, need encouragement, support and guidance. The school is set in a lovely setting and works closely with individuals with complex SEMH, Attachment disorder and therefore some of the children at the school display challenging behaviour also. It is also worth mentioning that with the school being in such a nice setting, its very rural therefore you would need access to your own transport on a daily basis. This role is a full time role, Monday – Friday 0830-1600 and is to continue until the end of the winter term initially, potentially up until the end of the academic year.
