Bucks Pay Scale Range 3 (£22,245-£24,059), although salary may be negotiable to further scale for the right candidate. Pro rated based on 37hrs/week , 40 weeks plus 5 weeks paid holiday.

Stoke Mandeville Combined School is an oversubscribed, well-established village school close to Aylesbury. We are a one form entry primary school with an attached Additional Resourced Provision (ARP) for children with hearing impairment. About the role
Purpose of the Post
To lead and co-ordinate all administrative functions in order to assist the smooth running of the school. As part of your duties you are expected to work in conjunction with the Headteacher, SLT and Finance Officer.
To take a lead role in the organisation and monitoring of support systems / procedures / policies
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of office staff and to ensure that the school office is organised efficiently and that the office environment is neat and tidy
Assisting in the induction of new staff
To operate systems to check quality of own work to produce a very high level of accuracy and quality. Raise any concerns or queries directly with the source to clarify accuracy and requirements
Be flexible and proactive when suggesting changes and actively promote new ways of working, becoming an advocate for best practise and ongoing professionalism
Establish and maintain effective relationships with all colleagues
