Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent administrator to join our busy Sales Support Department.

Duties include:

· Liaising with suppliers and contractors

· Raising quotations

· Reception duties i.e. greeting and looking after visitors

· Daily Reporting

· Updating our CRM system

· Setting up meetings and take minutes of meetings when required

· Managing incoming and outgoing purchase orders

· Answering the telephone and incoming email enquiries

· Other tasks as required
