THE COMPANY:A well-established and innovative manufacturer who provide truly unique and innovative equipment, consumables and servicing to surgical environments within NHS and private hospitals. They have high product quality and an R&D backup that is second to none and they are pleased to be in a position where they are expanding their field sales team. They are seeking to recruit a driven, technically capable and credible sales professional to manage and grow their business within the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire (preferred location West Midlands).
THE ROLE:As Sales Representative, the successful candidate will be field-based and will enjoy an account management role with committed customers – ensuring that they are happy with the use of the products and also “pulling through” business for consumables and servicing. Typical contact level will be with Surgeons, Consultant, Nurses, ODPs and procurement. Whilst experience selling into theatre environments or hospitals is preferred, those who have other healthcare sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply, as are ODPs, scrub nurses, theatre technicians or medical engineers who are looking to progress into a sales role. Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential for a high achiever is great, especially as the company continues to grow.
The Package for Sales Representative:
Bonus: £10,000 uncapped
Car: £400 per month allowance
