As a Sales Manager within our New Homes area you will be responsible for winning, marketing and selling new homes across all developments, being maned, unmanned and off plan.
This extends from ensuring that sales targets/values are met, through your own sales and assisting branch staff, site staff and the New Homes sales team in your region to maximise opportunities, skills and initiative.
You will organise and set up marketing campaigns, agree strategy with developers including budgets and marketing costs and work closely with your Line Manager to ensure the New Homes sales team are focused on generating sales for the developments they have been asked to manage.
In addition to this you will be personally responsible for lead generation via branch systems and staff, advertising, internet, selling to the leads either by appointments to a manned development or direct selling of units to sites that are unmanned

Ideally the successful applicant will have a good knowledge base of the new homes sector or be used to managing teams within the real estate market. Whatever your background, drive, ambition and tenacity will be key to the success of this role.
You will be a first-class communicator, who can build relationships both internally and externally, be a fast learner who is proactive and possess demonstrated management skills within a fast paced sales environment.
In return for your hard work you will receive a very competitive basic salary plus an opportunity to substantially increase your basic with an excellent commission structure.
