Client Details

My client are Emblation – an award-winning medical technology company, revolutionising the way microwave energy is used in healthcare. Their aim is to improve on traditional treatments, using the unique advantages microwaves deliver – accurate, repeatable procedures, and better clinical outcomes.

Their technology is revolutionising the treatment of HPV infections globally, and is widely used in Dermatology, Podiatry and Oncology, with a number of disruptive applications under development in the fields of Cardiology and Gynaecology.

The company was started in 2007 by our joint co-founders (current Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer) and inventors behind the technology. They form part of our highly experienced management team with over 50 years of experience in this field.

You can now find their medical devices in 1000s of clinics and hospitals across the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia. Description

The UK Sales Manager is a management position accountable for sales of the Swift system to UK Podiatry clinics. Investment in our business is driving new clinical research and product development, and you will be taking a product with a proven track-record and working towards several key strategic goals for the company over the next 3 years.

You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, leading business processes, and driving business growth in the UK.

You willquickly establish effective professional relationships with customers, and maintain our global standards of service and after-sales support.

Your deliverables will include the following:

Meeting or exceeding business goals for the Swift UK and Ireland market, agreed upon with Commercial management

Working in partnership with the UK marketing team to grow the sales pipeline and developing the brand as the number one treatment in UK Podiatry

Oversight of the sales process and offering proactive feedback on improvements, including lead generation, quotation through to close, and after-sales care

Providing detailed reporting on sales performance, related KPIs, and objectives including pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, sales conversion rates and sales cycles

Contributing to the new global sales function as the primary stakeholder for the UK, bringing initiatives forward to continually improve performance of the function at a group level

Working alongside the regulatory and quality teams to ensure product compliance in the relevant markets
