As a Sales Executive, you will have a passion and love for customers and get a buzz from providing a great customer experience. Recent/current experience within a customer service role would be helpful, either from hospitality, retail or contact centre type environments.
It would be great if you had a passion for the automotive industry or just an interest in cars, from how great they look to what’s under the bonnet – we don’t mind!
As part of the Sales Executive role, it is essential that you hold a full UK drivers’ licence.
What does the role of Sales Executive involve?
You will deal with all new and used car enquiry leads, converting those appointments into sales, ensuring all sales leads are maximised
You will be selling through volume of new and used cars, alongside upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
You’ll drive the sales process, from meet and greet, test drive, presentation of products and sales through to delivery and handover of the vehicle
What do you need to succeed as a Sales Executive?
Background in customer service/sales and a keen interest in the automotive industry
The drive to hit your targets month after month – a natural people person, passionate about making our customers happy!
Previous sales experience is favourable but not necessary, experience using computer systems is a must
