The purpose here for the Sales Consultants already employed is to sell the company’s services to business customers across the UK.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm, with an earlier 4.30pm finish on Friday

(37.5 hours per week)

In return you will receive:
 YES this job has a basic salary, the salary starts at £18,000 to £20,000 BUT that is not
all, with a commission structure to compliment.
 Totally Un-capped commission structure which rewards both New Business wins and
also Renewals.
 Realistic 1 st year OTE is a comfortable £50,000, this is achievable through hard work,
dedicated relationship building and by consistently picking up the phone!
 Annual earnings increase once you have an established customer base and the
renewal period approaches.
 The absolute highest earners are billing big and their salary totals £150,000 a year!
 Monthly bonuses are also available.
 An impressive 33 days holiday entitlement including Bank Holidays. You will also be an
attendee for the company events!

In Business to Consumer Sales, your exciting day sounds a little like this
 New Business; Contacting business customers with a view to understanding renewal
dates, pricing structures, site locations, relationship building with an overall aspiration of
becoming the preferred supplier.
 New Business; Discussing direct with the customer, the products they currently have
and the details of the implementation once they switch provider.
 New Business; Cold calling through genuine leads with the focus of closing
(Sometimes on the same call.)
 Account Management; Once you have converted a prospect client, the annual
Account Management is fairly limited, your relationship building skills will be tested and
your performance should lead to a renewal once the contract is coming close to the
contract expiry date.
 Administration
The type of people we are looking to interview are
 Sales professionals that understand the process of a sales pipeline
 People that are good at gathering targeted information and tactically propositioning the
correct service available.
 People who can gather competitor analysis allowing you to better understand
