Offer superb customer experience to customers.
Warmly on-board new customers joining PrePayPower.
Working along with other departments to ensure the smooth operations of the sales campaigns, aiming towards team sales completion targets.
Ensure processes compliance of signups within sales and customer support.
Carrying out daily admin tasks related to sales and customer onboarding.
Reach required service levels and call quality on inbound and outbound calls.
Your New Key Role Responsibilities
Onboard new joining customers, through inbound and outbound calling, completing terms and conditions of sign up and ensuring customers’ expectations are set and met.
Collaborate with different departments to maximize sales completions.
Supporting sales and customer experience with operational tasks.
Ensure compliant selling by our field sales team and follow up of any customer queries.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and blended communications from customers
Build good relationships and trust with sales team to maximize efficiencies and volumes in customer acquisition.
Meet personal and team service level targets and call handling quotas.
Handle and follow up customer queries, providing prompt solutions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure compliant yet warm welcoming customer experience.
This role will require working Shifts, 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a Call Centre environment desirable.
Experience of energy sector an advantage.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills required.
Proactive attitude and attention to small detail are essential.
Goal oriented with ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, self-organize and manage time effectively
