Job Description

Astute has an active and successful telesales campaign dialling into the US small business market during working hours (2pm to 11pm) Mon – Fri . Due to ongoing success and growth opportunities we are looking to fill vacancies within our telesales team.

In this busy and successful role you will make sales tour EXISTING SMALL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS BASE in the US market. Your focus will be to SELL/UPSELL online web and marketing tools to our existing customers.

Your daily duties and responsibilities include:

  • Contacting existing customers to inform them of new products
  • Answer questions about products and how they can improve their business
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to customer support where required
  • Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle any grievances in a professional manner and to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target
  • Adhere to the compliance and call quality expectations

As a telesales team member, it will be beneficial if you have previous experience within a customer facing or telesales role. However, this is not essential, to you succeeding within the role as we will provide full training and ongoing support . You will be expected to be a driven individual, who wants to succeed. Ideally, you should be organized, well presented and confident in speaking with clients.

OTE : £17,000.00 to £45,000.00 /year
