Nurses who are willing to undertake an internally delivered coaching and mentorship programme and to support our core care practitioners receive an annual salary of GBP 41,371 (pro rata, based on 39 hours per week)
Nurses who prefer to focus on delivering great care will receive an annual salary of GBP 37,234 (pro rata, based on 39 hours per week).

Purpose-built in 2000, Gledhow provides nursing care for up to 50 people and goes to great lengths to fulfil all residents’ needs, both physical and spiritual.
Set in a quiet suburb of Leeds, the home remains well connected to the wider community and is less than a 15 minute drive into the city centre.
All the private bedrooms are single and feature en suites, with several communal lounges and dining rooms for company and socialising, and the surrounding gardens are graced by a water feature.
The activities co-ordinator provides a full weekly programme – led by residents’ suggestions and wishes – while MHA’s highly trained and caring staff members work hard to ensure the right balance of privacy and company for each individual.
