Regional Account Manager Job at Walker Fire Ltd in Birmingham
The Regional Account Manager is a key role for our business, the RAM reports to the Sales Manager. You will contribute to Walker Fire’s strategic growth through creating long term, trusting relationships with new and existing customers within your area. Through maximising all networking opportunities, you will increase brand awareness and promote the high calibre of products and services we can provide to our clients and prospects. You will be targeted on securing existing recurring revenue by extending and negotiating existing contracts, and securing new opportunities and contracts within your area. All aspects of administration to support smooth operations must be demonstrated and all behaviours in support of our values must be evident throughout your employment.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Attend all prospective or existing customer meetings correct marketing collateral and meeting structure, to ensure the relevant information is obtained from the appointment, and a positive outcome can be secured.
Build and maintain strong, client relationships through developing trusted advisor status with key accounts and decision stakeholders.
Develop new business with existing clients to identify areas of improvement to meet revenue targets and activity quotas.
Ensure you provide timely and successful delivery of quotations, which address customer needs and objectives.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements which attain the required revenue and GP/Nett targets.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders through forecasting and tracking key account metrics (KPI reports).
Prepare reports on account status to internal customers and highlight any area of concerns which could put the account at risk.
Through liaison with the CST or Operations Team ensure you are aware of any concerns in relation to account performance and management, and recognise when your involvement will enhance and provide robust customer service.

Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory / Tenders.
Ensure industry and product knowledge is in date and transferred throughout all your communications.
Attain any departmental or regional KPI’s which are applied to your role.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
