Recruitment Marketing Manager, Assistant Vice President Job at Credit Suisse – in London

Job Description

Your field of responsibility

In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating recruitment, culture and D&I goals into marketing campaigns and opportunities based on brand, market and candidate insights. You will also be leading employer brand projects with a focus on the EMEA region with a primary focus on UK and Poland, collaborating with functions across the business.

This role is also responsible for overseeing the creation, execution and reporting of campaigns, working with external agencies and internal resources. You will also be managing marketing initiatives and projects that support our strategic recruitment priorities as required.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:
Experience in a recruitment marketing position.

Experience in campaign development and execution, including the ability to write and edit publishing-ready content and create exciting, relevant and differentiating assets with a focus on digital, including social media, website content and articles, marketing collateral and videos.

Manage the EMEA region’s presence on careers social media channels, through campaigns and posts that promote regional initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Results-oriented individual who demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Integrated marketing campaigns to meet business objectives, with a focus on digital channels including email marketing, social media and credit-suisse.com.

Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with teams and business partners within and outside marketing.

Experience in employer brand strategy, and campaign planning, execution and reporting.

Outstanding analytical skills, including an understanding of data and candidate research.
