RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR BASED IN WELWYN GARDEN CITY, UK.

Our leading globally recognised retail client have an exciting opportunity and are looking for Recruitment Administrator to join them on a three-month contract with a potential to be extended thereafter. In this role you will be working 40 hours per week, the role is paying £10.15 per hour.

Role of the Recruitment Administrator:

Attract and hire great talent for our client.

Complete key qualifying calls with potential candidates.

Build excellent relationships with hiring manager and HR community, to fully understand requirements, keep them up to date on progress and provide a first class end to end service.

Additional ad-hoc administrative duties.

Define and promote a positive Employer Brand through networking, Social Media, events and other means.

Skills and experience required for theRecruitment Administrator:

Knowledge of recruitment.

Previous background with completing phone calls i.e. call centre.

Confident and excellent phone manner.

Excellent professional media skills and proficient in using platforms such as LinkedIn and job sites to attract talent and build talent pools.
