Essential Job Functions:
- Initiates quality programs to meet the customer requirements and expectations and ISO qualifications
- Liaise between customer, supplier and internal departments to provide feedback and resolve quality issues in timely manner
- Work with various departments and process control and documentations
- Prepare weekly quality reports for customer and internal purpose
- Attend all customer issues and work with internal departments to give solutions
- Drive reductions in manufacturing process defects (Nonconforming material, internal/customer complaints, scrap, etc.) using techniques such as CAPA, PFMEA and Kaizen Project
- Define processes and procedures for various departments as and when required
- Maintenance of Quality Engineering programs, designs, and systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO 14001, ISO26000, ISO27001 and customer product COMPLIANCE certifications
- Monitors supplier Quality systems and programs and conducts audits to ensure compliance with Company objectives and customer requirements
- Perform internal audits on ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO 14001, ISO26000 and ISO27001
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or Business Management)
- Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Kaizen Improvement, SPC and Lean-Six
Sigma Manufacturing
- Experience: Minimum 2 years Quality Inspection, Auditing, Testing and experience with implementation of corrective action programs
- Required skills: Strong presentation skills utilizing Microsoft Powerpoint, Project and other Office tools and databases
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA and relevant regulatory requirements
