Moving Minds is a national provider of psychological services to the private sector, solicitors, corporates and individuals.

Moving Minds Therapies has recently been established to provide cognitive therapy and cognitive strategies to deal with anxiety, depression, panic, phobias and trauma symptoms.

Moving Minds is well known for clinical integrity and high levels of clinical governance.

We are now looking to appoint a Psychological Case Coordinator (PCCs) to join our team

This is an exciting opportunity as PCCs are trained managing a case load. Following successful completion of their probatioin, they can be trained in providing triage assessments.

PCCs also receive training as well as having weekly case discussions.

We are looking for individuals who are able to seriously consider commitment to this process and benefit from the opportunities it offers.

These roles are NOT suitable for psychological graduates that seek exposure in multiple work situations over a relatively brief time period, in the pursuit of being one of the 11% of graduates that succeed in obtaining a place on a clinical course.

Our offices in W14 8XP are within walking distance of Kensington Olympia station

  • We work in a friendly team with excellent opportunities to learn and develop.
  • Applicants should live no further than 50 minutes travel from the office.
  • A graduate degree in Psychology is essential

The successful candidates will:

  • Have a keen and mature interest in learning about people: an understanding that despite suffering from the same conditions, people are nevertheless different and require understanding of how their problems affect them.
  • Be confident, with a professional phone manner and the ability to reassure and contain distressed individuals.
  • Feel comfortable speaking to a range of professional stakeholders.
  • Be proficient in managing clients and stakeholders telephonically.
  • Have organisational, administrative and time-keeping skills as the successful candidates will manage a high caseload
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office and be able to learn new IT systems.
  • Be fluent in English. Speaking other languages will be an advantage.
