Project Manager required for new build RC Frame apartment scheme for client based in the Liverpool area. Project Manager candidate would come from a housing background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience in managing large developments from inception through to completion. The Project Manager career history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats and apartments ideally RC frame builds.
The Project Manager should come from a volume house builder ractor specialising in the construction of housing sites. The project is out of area for this client so are looking for someone happy to stay away and run the project with view to more local work in the North West to run on from this. The client will provide accomodation for this
