This is an exciting opportunity for a PA/ Admin Assistant to join an established company with tons of exposure and to work alongside an established EA within a friendly team environment. The role sits within PMX (Publicis Media Exchange), a Publicis Media practice(part of Publicis Groupe). The Team Assistant will be confident, diligent with a can-do positive attitude.
Diary management which includes arranging meetings, briefings, and events, also anticipating, and managing competing commitments
Completing online expense claims, timesheets and assisting with approval process
Managing online holiday booking system
Holiday cover for CEO EA
Communicating with media owners, clients, and internal stakeholders as and when required
Leading or collaborating on events management for the Teams as well as wider agency
Travel management including arrangements and visa applications if required
If required supporting other PAs within the agency to cover holidays or absences
Other ad hoc projects
Helping to set up hybrid meeting tech
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office –specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook
Ability to organise, be proactive and work under pressure
Ability to use initiative to problem solve and bounce thoughts and suggestions from the other PAs around you
Working well with multiple stakeholders and in a busy environment
