Job Description

LOROS Hospice is a local charity and every year we care for over 2,500 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We deliver free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients, their family and carers.

Performance Manager – Education Department Salary – Circa £34k 37.5 hours per week flexible hours considered

Do you have an eye for detail? Can you analyse data and use it to make a compelling case for change and improvement? Are you enthusiastic about making end of life and palliative care education as good as it can possibly be?

We’re looking for a dynamic Performance Manager with all of these skills and more; someone who will work proactively with a team of high-performing professionals to develop effective processes that capture the impact of our training interventions and help us to continually improve. Reporting to the Director of Education, Learning and Development, the post holder will head up a small team and be responsible for assisting with contract management and finances as well as ensuring that our key stakeholders receive regular information through robust reports and storytelling.
