We had a big market to sell to, but due to the impact of a global pandemic which meant the entire world was selling remotely overnight – our market became so much bigger.
We have built an incredible, highly disruptive product, which is helping Sales teams in companies like VMWare, Zoopla, Siemens and Arco, gain revenue defining insights into the conversations happening across their teams, figure out what’s leading to won/lost deals, and enabling them to level-jump their sales people. Our NPS score with sales leaders is consistently in the high 70’s, building valuable and growing relationships with customers globally.
After recently being acquired by Allego – a market leader in Sales Enablement technology, we are at a hugely exciting phase expanding and growing the business. Despite being recently acquired, this is just the beginning. We are looking to build the EMEA team as part of Allego’s ambitious expansion plans, and this is a chance to join this team at an early exciting stage.

THE OPPORTUNITY The first five years of Refract was a hell of a ride, but we’re even more excited about the future. During our formative years, referrals and an informal partner network have been pivotal to our success – one of the biggest contributors to customer acquisition and revenue.
And now we are ready to ramp that up…. We are seeking a Partner Manager to acquire, engage, educate and excite a referral network of Sales Training providers, complimentary SaaS and Telecom vendors and those with a strong market reach to great fit sales teams. With limited time and focus to date, an informal community of partners already exists and has introduced us to some amazing opportunities and customers.
We are now looking to take this to the next level, identifying and engaging potential partners and effectively managing and educate a portfolio of partners to identify and introduce our sales teams to those we can help accelerate sales conversation outcomes and revenue. This should create growing opportunity and revenue to our sales teams, working collaboratively with a partner community, predominantly through a referral program or joint partner initiatives.
As a new dedicated role, there is a blank canvas and scope for the right individual to help create and shape this area of our business and have the autonomy to make their own. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a key role within our sales team, reporting to VP Sales, the role will achieve these key objectives. Acquire – Identify, introduce and sell a partner opportunity to Sales Training organizations, complimentary SaaS vendors, Telecom providers and those with strong Refract fit customers and…
