Coyne Recruitment work with employers of choice within the skills sector. We are currently looking to support a fantastic apprenticeship provider in adding to their team. This role requires an outstanding Operations Manager who has relevant up to date exposure and experience within the Apprenticeship Sector. As a key member of the Operations team, you will lead, develop and coach your delivery and sales team of Tutors, Operations Coordinator’s and Business Development Managers.
You willbe commercially responsible for your P & L account, maximising productivity and profitability. With a proven track record of developing positive relationships with employers from engagement to retention, your team will showcase our client as the apprenticeship provider of choice, contributing to the commercial success of your team.
The Role
Accountable for all aspects of line management and leadership including recruiting, training, developing and retaining peak performing colleagues
Manage your own profit and loss account, ensuring that your team remains within budget, exceeding expectations for profit
Deliver regional targets through high performing Tutors, and Business Development Managers
Develop and maintain positive and profitable working relationships with employers in your region to contribute e to the commercial success of your team
Ensure that all quality processes are followed and maintain regular and effective communication with the Quality Team to ensure timely achievement of qualifications for learners
Support your team in maintaining caseload numbers by providing innovative solutions to learner recruitment
Coach and develop your team through regular observations and one to one review meetings and conduct regular team communication meetings
Ensure the team provide their caseload of learners with information, advice and guidance to successfully complete their qualifications in a timely manner
Identify and work consultatively with clients and Business Development Managers to create world-class apprenticeship delivery models to suit their needs, sharing ideas and giving valuable and practical advice r / manager level
Drive consistent and effective delivery to learners by ensuring that all Learner Journey processes are followed
Develop and share best practice across your team and region
Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people you are responsible for
Be aware of GDPR legislation and comply with all data protection requirements
