Online Support Analyst (Inside IR35) Job at Public Sector Resourcing – in Home Based

As Online Service Analyst, you will:
Provide support for DfE staff with their day to day IT issues raised through the Service Desk.
Log calls from users and report data accurately in the ITIL Toolset to provide 1st Line IT support
Deal with incoming calls
Adhere to SLAs and ensure own work is managed and updated accordingly
Follow the Incident management process and ensure all incident tasks are updated within SLA
Ensure Incident tasks are updated every 7 days
Ensure appropriate Stats are used on tasks
Previous Service Desk experience
Experience supporting and resolving end-user technical issues with Microsoft products.
Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, telephony and operating system
Customer Service experience
It would be great to also have:
ITIL v3 or v4 foundation or demonstrable understanding of the ITIL methodology
Working Knowledge of Service Now or ITIL toolset

Any rates of payment quoted will reflect the gross rate per day for the assignment, and will be subject to appropriate taxes and statutory costs. As such the payment to the intermediary and your income resulting from this contract will be different.
