Hi Tech Property Services Office Manager Fareham, England Description We are looking for an Office Manager to organise and coordinate a newly created Administration Department within a growing property services business. Working closely with Senior Managers your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment while ensuring the efficient delivery of service excellence to both internal & external customers.

Leading a small administration team day to day duties involve close co-ordination of 40 field based service & installation operatives, as well as taking care of purchasing, allocation, invoicing and various Quality Systems. This is a diverse and challenging role and the ideal candidate will have experience driving change and continuous improvement within a fast paced customer focussed environment. Direct experience leading, or co-ordinating reactive service teams is highly desirable.

RequirementsProven experience as an Office manager Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills A creative mind with the ability to drive change Professional qualifications such as a Level 6 in Business Administration highly desirable

Experience ofISO 9001 AND 18001 and compiling O&M manuals would be advantageous Benefits Salary £26-£30k D.O.
