Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Sales/account management experience.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing executive stakeholders.
Sales experience with ability to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas. Thought leadership within the digital marketing space.
Ability to manage a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and demonstrated ability to achieve goals to foster growth.
Ability to strategically assess/solve client needs through sales techniques.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Mid-Market Sales team is an important growth engine for customers in GCS. Through long-term relationship development, we are dedicated to understanding the business goals of this segment and providing the best Google advertising solutions to drive business success. In this role, you will help the team cultivate advertising business growth by educating, promoting solutions, and consulting with customers directly.

Manage a portfolio of GCS businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
Collaborate within the team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to work towards business goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to meet advertisers’ goals.
Communicate with customers proactively, and share and collaborate with cross-functional teams on new feature development.
Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, and tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
