Maintenance / Cleaning / Deliveries Person

The Maintenance / Delivery worker will provide a maintenance service, undertaking a variety of tasks, takes care of the maintenance of store machinery and many different cleaning tasks in the store. Taking care of store inwards deliveries of foods. Their duties include cleaning, performing simple repairs, gardening work and maintenance tasks.

What does the role involve?

• To carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• To ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
• To assist when required with any project work within the store.
• Comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety.
• Relevant maintenance experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• Must possess good judgment and be effective in working autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with colleagues and residents.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 – 40 per week

Salary: €11.00-€13.35 per hour
