Information Security Manager – Vice President Job at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Dublin
The Ireland ISM role includes specific responsibility across the following areas:
Strengthening the controls posture within the country by ensuring key regional and global risks are identified, escalated, and sustainable solutions are implemented to reduce the residual risk
Managing the controls obligations required local and regional regulators in an ever-increasing regulatory environment
Influencing In-Country Senior Management Teams, Core Service & LOB teams to create synergies to evolve the risk and controls governance in line with the firm’s risk appetite
Driving key controls initiatives to manage risks proactively and to promote the criticality of having robust control practices
Contributing to regional technology governance forums
Keeping aware of the regional business strategy, roadmap, book of work and objectives / scorecard. Educate the broader ET organization on those items
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication and presence
Advanced knowledge of multiple IT control and project management practices and experience working across large environments
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Expertise in application and infrastructure high-availability and resiliency architectures with demonstrated experience in business
Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, access controls, regulatory compliance, technology resiliency, risk and control governance and metrics, incident management, secure systems development lifecycle, vulnerability management, and data protection
