Xerotech Ltd are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our fast-growing team in the HR Department. Xerotech design and manufacture next-generation battery systems for automotive, industrial, marine, aerospace and defence applications. Xerotech is an exciting, fast-paced, growing company which is in Galway, Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skillset.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Work closely with the management team to ensure the recruitment process runs as effectively and efficiently as possible, ensuring all stakeholders both internal & external receive a first-class recruitment experience.

Ensure best practice in the use of recruitment processes and tools. Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and online resources e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn and Irish Jobs.

Be proactive and support all reporting and metric requests to ensure a strategic recruitment approach.

Interact with potential candidates on internal databases, social media, and professional networks.

Identify and build relationships with “passive” candidates who may be open to exploring new opportunities.

Coordinate interview times with the hiring manager’s schedules.

Support international employee relocation and relevant administrative paperwork (applications, references).

Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Ad-hoc support to the HR Manager and admin duties such as: contracts, reference checks, visa support, employee letters etc.

YOUR PROFILE

HR qualification.

1-2 years’ industry experience is preferred.

Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates.

Strong communication & organisation skills, and effective time-management abilities.

Strong, driven, and enthusiastic work ethic.
