Your new company
Our client, a growing organisation based on the outskirts of Didcot are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Coordinator to join them on a full time 12 month ftc basis.
Your new role
As HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of call for all employees. You will be responsible for the triage of any HR enquiries, escalating when needed. You will be working closely with business partners across the organisation to ensure that all HR advice and correspondence is in line with the wider business strategy.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will have previously worked within a busy HR team and have a good understanding of the general HR function. You will have good administrative and communication skills. You will also have a good knowledge of UK employment law.
