The Commercial Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a client based in central Leicester within a Shared Service Centre environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast paced, proactive team with strong attention to detail and with a resilient and confident manner. Key duties are providing an administration service to:

– New starters, Change Forms, Leavers and Position creation for all system users – Administration connected with casual workers and benefits – Ensures the relevance and accuracy of all personnel records both hard copy and electronic – Creates and amends documentation relating to administrative procedures considering changes to processes, procedures and system configuration – Deals with any ad hoc enquiries coming into the department – Undertakes any other duties as may reasonably be required – Provide references on request for staff and ex-staff such as for Visa applications, mortgage applications and confirmations of employment

You willhave strong HR administration experience and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

You willbe organised, flexible, proactive and enthusiastic. Strong systems experience essential. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, 37.5 hours per week, 9-5.30pm.
