Nestled in the majestic green hills of the Irish countryside, Creacon Wellness Retreat is the ideal destination for retreat, relaxation and rejuvenation.

We are now recruiting for Hotel Receptionist (part Time or Full Time) for our growing wellness center. At Creacon the receptionist is responsible for all interactions with our valued customers and guests, coordinating and providing our outstanding Guest Services. We are striving to give our Customers a great experience and the best stay ever. Our staff are needed to deliver personalized and excellent Guest services.The role involve great customer care and it will require flexibility to work mornings from 8.00am or evenings, midweek or weekends.

The main duties will be:

  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
  • Ensuring that check in and check out process run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Represent Creacon by maintaining a pleasant and friendly manner and working to the highest service standards at all times
  • Ensure guests are welcomed within a professional, friendly and homely environment even since their first contact including phone or email communication.
  • Monitor the guest services area to ensure efficient and personalized service is delivered to customers.
  • Must be flexible, enjoy a challenge, and is able to work outside the comfort zone while maintaining the ability to be objective and positive
  • Must be a team player with the ability to multi task, standards driven and detail orientated
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Be able to offer all the viety of services and product that Creacon is providing.
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards and ensure cleanliness of work areas
  • Comply with Creacon security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Follow cash handling procedures
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

The ideal candidate will:

  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards & flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams
  • Previous front of house role/experience in the hospitality sector
  • Experience with cash handling
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and Covid19 Protocol & Regulations

Have a friendly, polite and positive personality

  • Possess a high level of spoken English
  • Possess a hands-on attitude to work
  • Be flexible to work all shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the business.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland and available all-year round
