Head of Marketing, Communications and Digital Job at Loughborough University – in Loughborough
Working alongside our elected student officers and Union staff, you will lead the Communication and Student Insight team and ensure that we engage effectively with our members to deliver services and activities to enhance and enrich their lives.
With a passion for bringing a brand to life through storytelling, you are driven to understand audiences and know how to ask the right questions to stimulate content that helps, informs and inspires. You are a proven team leader, experienced at coaching and managing others to deliver effective campaigns.
You will manage a small team, working closely with other areas of LSU to create marketing strategies and plans and develop content across a range of channels. Strong planning, project management and organisational skills are essential to ensure a number of content projects and campaigns are delivered to deadlines.

The role is offered as a full-time (35 hours per week) full-year position on LSU Scale 9 £31,856 – £34,804 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
