We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Specialist to join our global team. You will promote a positive public image, help create the tonality and imagery we want to set, support the function and regions with campaigns, writing, events, reports and many more exciting projects.. Experience in communications, brand management and project management are important qualities too. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.

Collaborate with the global communication team to ensure consistent and accurate information and communication

Drive demand generation in collaboration with function holders and regions

Tracking ROI and the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, and help drive lead generation with support of Salesforce

Provide effective communication support during times of crisis, shows&events preparation, surveys and leadership meetings

Manage the asset management system (DAM) and repositories for the business

Keep aftermarket SharePoint and Pulse up to date

Vendor management and purchase orders for the Comms function

Manage global Marketing & Communications budget and ensure program milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget

Keep EOS content for comms function up to date, coordinate global work instructions and procedures

Copy write and proofread to professional standards

Create video content or visuals/animations in coordination with design/content tam

Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc. while building a strong media network with the support of the countries

Update monthly report for the Global Marketing Communication function
