We are now looking to recruit a Finance Systems Administrator to work full time. This role will be based out of our Helsby office. Currently, we are operating remote working for many of our office-based employees and this is expected to evolve into a blended working arrangement when restrictions enable this.

Finance Systems Administrator – Helsby, Cheshire

Responsibilities:

This is a busy, challenging opportunity where the role holder will be providing financial systems support and administration for both the finance and systems teams. This role may develop over time. Whilst we envisage this role to be worked over three days there is flexibility with working hours.

Within this role you will be expected to:

Process starters and leavers on the Project Management system, including granting access rights
Assist with weekly posting of timesheets, and issuance of subsequent utilisation reports
Support Finance Team during peak periods
Other ad-hoc administration duties

Desired Experience:

Whilst we are not looking for any specific qualifications for this role it is essential that the successful candidate is able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a finance systems or accounts department and has a good level of numeracy and literacy.

Skills:

Methodical and organised
To work to a high level of accuracy and with a keen eye for detail
High proficiency with IT systems with strong Excel skills
Able to work to regular deadlines and timetables
Ideally prior experience of working with databases
Personable and confident
Ability to self-motivate

Salary and Benefits:

£15,000 – £20,000, depending on experience
