Finance Administrator Job at Apetito – in Trowbridge
The Role and Team:
Due to the continued growth and success of apetito we are looking to expand our Commercial Finance team and appoint a Finance Administrator to support the function.
This role provides an exciting opportunity for the right individual to gain accounting exposure and provide a platform to develop a career in Finance.
You will be part of a team of 9. Your main responsibilities will be the daily reconciliation of the sales ledger and bankings for a number of depots in our B2C part of the business. This will include month-end close and ensuring that accounting processes and controls are maintained.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with handling and reconciling large volumes of data, naturally analytical and logical in their approach.

- Complete system to system depot banking and sales ledger debtor reconciliations
- Resolve banking queries and discrepancies as they arise
- Continuously support the business in enhancing existing processes
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
A minimum of a years’ experience of working within a Finance team / environment.
Previous experience of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
Part or fully AAT qualified
