An exciting opportunity for a Floating Branch Manager has become available with a leading Independent Estate Agency, covering some of their top performing branches.
This is an interesting role, covering Branch Managers’ absence across some of the most successful teams and offices in the business. This role will report directly into the Managing Director and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to grow and develop their career – you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing your business and teams.
The Branch Manager will oversee the successful running of the office, ensuring income and profit is maximised through exceeding targets – as a team and personally, and listing and selling properties.
The role is 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 Saturdays on, 1 off)
To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years management level experience within an Estate Agency, and solid background in valuing and listing properties. Experience managing sales’ teams is essential – including setting targets, and motivating the team. Applicants must be willing to travel across a number of different sites, and as such a clean valid Driving Licence is essential.
