What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting the digital team with all aspects of website maintenance and administration, managing products and offers
  • Take ownership of Visual Merchandising of category pages
  • Execute product recommendation strategy across multiple websites
  • Ensure data is accurate, organised and available to the wider team
  • Uploading and improving product data and website content
  • Carrying out regular site walks to ensure accuracy and consistency of imagery, copy, categorisation and filtering options
  • Responsibility for monitoring and fixing product data issues to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate material changes and update product data where necessary
  • Liaise with Marketing to assure that all relevant products, descriptions and images are displayed for customers
  • Source copy, images and missing product data from relevant parties (in-house and suppliers)
  • Support with testing new site functions
  • Compile and maintain accurate product information at all times
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure that successful promotions / content are setup and online
  • Create and maintain content on the website reflecting the aims and strategies of the business and customer sales opportunities

Essential Skills

  • Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or relevant working experience
  • Successful track record of running, and optimising eCommerce platforms
  • Experience in eCommerce product data would be beneficial
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in eCommerce
  • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implementations with ease

The successful applicant will be responsible, someone who has a willingness and desire to expand on their existing knowledge. Strong administrative experience is essential, you will need to be very organized and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and be highly competent in your IT skills. You must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team, learn new processes, manage your own workload effectively and always be looking for efficiencies and better ways of doing things.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
