An exciting opportunity has arisen for a care team administrator to join our domiciliary care service. You will join a forward-thinking provider and become a key member of the team within our Cotswolds based office.

You will be responsible for:

All operational administrative tasks

Assist in training staff members and new hires

Staff rotas

Managing calls from service users, staff, and liaising with external agencies in a professional and courteous manner.

Auditing care documents and preparing relevant information for staff and clients

Carrying out spot checks in the field

Managing and completing data input

Generating relevant reports

Organising and facilitating team meetings, documenting minutes, and feeding back effectively

Organising & undertaking service user visits if required

Participating in Quality Management Review Meetings, & taking minutes of such meetings

The candidate must:

Be a car driver and have previous experience in Domiciliary Care. This role requires someone who is familiar with working on care plans, assessments of service users, and who knows the industry.

Deliver high-quality care to service users in the local area, when required

You will also need some flexibility as you will share the on-call phone with the other staff members. Your role in the “on-call” rota will initially be on an advisory basis

Be able to cover a handful of care calls in the field in case of emergency staff shortages.

Have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills, and proven experience using relevant IT packages

Be passionate about working in the care industry and have an understanding of the industry.

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

  • Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Domiciliary care: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
