Job Description

We are looking for an experienced content manager reporting to the Director who can use their writing skills and marketing experience to help shape eMAR brand.

This role is critical to our evolution from a software development and online sales focus to a solution led company and will be directly responsible for generating leads for sales team to convert and to drive on-line sales for our products and services. It requires a self-sufficient, start-up mentality coupled with a strong interest in and true understanding of how content can be used to deliver leads.

You’ll be:

  • Targeted to deliver an agreed number of leads to the sales teams through your content each month
  • Building brand awareness across all markets
  • Responsible for the growth across all platforms
  • Creating client newsletters which deliver meaningful information.
  • Producing PDFs, one pagers and client presentations to support our sales teams
  • Driving sign up to a marketable database
  • Articulating the benefits of our products and services
  • Delivering landing pages, ad copy
  • Optimising SEO of our blog content and websites
  • Creating scripts for outbound sales teams

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience with the following, or equivalent, software platforms: Mailchimp, WordPress, Typeforms, Google Analytics
  • Track record of lead generation
  • Worked closely with a sales team
  • Managed content and community across varied platforms
  • Development of customer benefit messaging for new technology products and solutions
  • Email campaign coordination and management experience
  • Meticulous English writing skills, including creative writing

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Fantastic communication skills to interact with stakeholders in all areas of the business
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to interpret data into stories of interest
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Worked in a traditional marketing role previously, either in-house or for an agency
  • At least 3 years marketing experience
  • Strong messaging and story-telling skills
  • 5-year checkable work history or continuous education history
