As a result of business growth across Daniels Health and Sharpsmart Ltd (UK), a new position has been created for a Corporate Finance Specialist to join our high performing global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. This role will drive commercial initiatives across the UK and hold responsibility for supporting mergers & acquisitions, real estate investment, treasury, funding as well as regional and divisional finance. A successful Corporate Finance Specialist will play a critical part in the future business growth of Sharpsmart UK and Daniels Health globally, reporting directly into the Global CFO.
- Financial modelling for mergers & acquisitions
- Budget support and planning
- Commercial planning, processes and negotiations
- Strategic acquisition reporting
- Integration oversight and support
- Due diligence
- Providing oversight on regional lending and funding structures
- Legal and litigation support
- Working with strategic partners on contract and commercial terms
- Supporting decisions and commercial considerations
- Graduate in Finance, Law or Economics
- Experience in Corporate Finance or Accounting
- Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) experience
- Substantial commercial experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, communication and IT skills
- Open to international travel
- Ability to work remotely in a matrix structured commercial organisation
